Original FP-DAO reward mechanism in a viral fission way

10% of every buy trade fees as DAO rewards, depending on the degree of contribution to get different DAO rewards, a total of ten levels, after binding the relationship to get the corresponding DAO rewards according to the degree of contribution and level.

Each level is replicated according to 2*2, the tenth level totals 1,024people, and each level is replicated according to 3*3, the tenth level totals 59,049people.
